Can I book a meeting room on the weekend?

Yes it is possible to book a meeting room on the weekend. As FinFuture staff only work Monday - Friday 9-pm this means that there will be an additional cost to cover your reception needs.

Yes you can, FinFuture welcomes volunteers who are interested in administration and receptionist work.

Can I hold a party in a Meeting Room?

Unfortunately FinSpace does not hold a license for music or alcohol, therefore prohibiting parties on the premises.

How do i book a meeting room?
Answer:
If you wish to book a meeting room you can telephone 020 7561 5510 and speak to a receptionist at FinFuture, who will tell you if a meeting room is available on the date you request. also at this time the receptionist will take your details, make a provisional booking and email you a booking form, which you can then return via email.

What is your cancelation policy?
Answer:
1) FinFuture reserves the right to cancel any booking or to vary the details of the booking where circumstances so warrant. all monies paid in respect of a booking canceled under this condition shall be refunded to the hirer but FinFuture shall not be liable for any other expenditure incurred or loss sustained, directly or indirectly by the hirer as a result of such cancelation of variation.
2) In the event of a cancelation by the hirer, FinFuture shall be entitled to retain or be paid as a cancelation fee such monies as have been paid or are due to be paid as follows. if a cancelation is received more than 2 weeks prior to the booking no cancelation fee will be charged. If a cancelation is received within 1 week of the booking then the full booking fee will be charged.
